Czy brak finansowania przy samej „dobraej zmianie” w dłuższej perspektywie, nie działa demotywująco …coś na zasadzie „staram się i nic z tego nie mam”?

To jest trudny temat i nie sądzę aby była jedna dobra odpowiedź, tym bardziej, że nie do końca chyba jest on związany z LEAN, a bardziej z organizacją wynagrodzeń w firmie.
Kwestie finansowe same w sobie nie są łatwym tematem, jednak podejmę rękawicę i powiem tak. Moim zdaniem samo „staranie się” nie jest wystarczające.
Aby mówić o jakiejkolwiek dodatkowej gratyfikacji, należy osiągnąć zaplanowany wynik. Zatem ja wolałbym mówić o efektach.
I teraz. Dla naszego klienta najważniejsze są dwa aspekty: dostawa na czas oraz odpowiednia jakość. Dla naszej firmy dochodzą dodatkowe elementy związane z kosztem osiągnięcia odpowiedniego wskaźnika dostaw oraz kosztem osiągnięcia odpowiedniej jakości produktu (produktywność).
Dlatego system premiowy powinien być powiązany ze wskaźnikami, a dodatkowo ważne jest aby pracownicy zrozumieli (trzeba im to wyjaśnić), że LEAN wspiera osiąganie ich celów premiowych, wtedy sami będą domagać się usprawnień.
Aspekt lean
Nie możemy też zapominać o tym, że nasze działania lean często wspierają obszary, które nie są bezpośrednio związane z redukcją kosztó, lub też nie ejsteśmy w stanie takiego powiązania wyliczyć. Weźmy pod uwagę usprawnienia w zakresie BHP, a konkretnie ergonomii.
Przy założeniu, że poprawisz ergonomię i dzięki temu pracownik będzie mniej zmęczony, osiągnąłeś swój cel. Jednocześnie jeżeli nie wzrosła produktywność trudno ocenić aspekt finansowy takiego działania.
Brak finansowania
Pamiętaj też, że często wdrożenie usparwnień może wiązać się z inwestycjami. Ja jestem zwolennikiem przede wszytkim zmian organizacyjnych, w których inwestycje nie są konieczne.
Nie mniej oczywiście również i takie projekty występują, w których wazny jest ROI (Return Of Investement), czyli zwrot z inwestycji.
W takim wypadku trzeba sprawdzić jaka jest finansowa polityka firmy. Przykładowo mogą obowiązywać zasady, ze wdrożeniu podlega wszystko przy ROI<12 miesięcy, czyli zwrót musi nastąpić w ciągu roku.
