- ALE JA MAM RACJĘ. Może się okazać, ze jesteś ekspertem akurat w tej dziedzinie, w której prowadzone są warsztaty i rzeczywiście „wiesz lepiej”. Tutaj ukryta jest pułapka. Jeżeli po prostu narzucisz zespołowi swój pomysł, to będzie Twoje „dziecko”, a nie zespołu. W konsekwencji, zespół może podchodzić do pomysłu z rezerwą, a Ty wyjdziesz na przemądrzałego. Możesz im wierzyć, że obiektywna racja nie zawsze jest najlepszym rozwiązaniem.
- WSPÓŁPRACA. Cokolwiek byśmy nie powiedzieli, ludzi musisz do siebie przekonać. Muszą oni chcieć z Tobą pracować, inaczej postępy będą żadne lub bardzo ograniczone. Możesz oczywiście powiedzieć, że masz rację i ruszyć do przodu, ale jestem przekonany, ze w dużej większości przypadków Twój pęd skończy się na ścianie. Jak to powiedziała jedna z ważnych dla mnie osób. Możesz popisać się Inteligencją lub siłą.
